COLOR/Light THERAPY (chromotherapy)
Colortherapy is based on the idea that color can help treat physical or mental health
Our relationship with color has been alongside cultures and religions for centuries
Colorful ribbons are used now to show support for many causes dear to our hearts
Calmness
Can also promote relaxation, each color is specifically chosen for what your body may need or for clarity with troubled thoughts
Colors can describe our emotions
Colors can heal our emotions
Colortherapy is a technique used by applying the appropriate color either with glasses or with light for treating specific imbalances and strengthening the immune system. When the color is applied it stimulates certain areas that then activate others, all working together to restore order to the body.
Colored pieces of material can also be used and placed on specific areas along with a corresponding crystal to help restore balance to that area and promote calmness and serenity.
I captured the entire rainbow in my backyard.
A beautiful sign that I am exactly where I need to be.

Everyone loves Rainbows
Created by a childs bubble
Created by a solution spill in my driveway
Created by my daughter, this right here shows her mood.
Pure joy and happiness.
Rainbows make everyone smile especially when you're lucky enough to spot one. As children we all drew one or colored one. These beautiful creations of nature are so full of healing. They promote happiness and love from observation, a bubble or a drawing in chalk by a child having their best day. The most exciting thing about a rainbow and its colors is that our energy centers, our chakras that is, are linked to the colors of the rainbow. How beautiful is that. Our own personal rainbow, our Aura, shows our colors of the rainbow through our emotions and our levels of well-being.
We are all RAINBOWS, full of color and light.
SO WONDERFULLY DESIGNEDš

Rainbows do not have to always be linked to the pride flag for LGBTQ. Rainbows have been around since creation itself and that would be well before the pride flag š³ļøāšand the LGBTQ movement for gay rights.
The rainbow for me signifies love, healing and the energy centers of our body, The Chakras. Rainbows also for me represent as being the most Divinely of all messages from the heavens to show us all that everything will be ok, a gift of wonder and beauty from our Divine Creator. My love for rainbows is one I have had since a child and it has nothing to do with any movement or political rights groups nor any connection to a religious group. To this day I am still mesmerized by the presence of one when I am lucky enough to have one placed in my path as a message from the heavens.
Just a simple pure love for rainbows, "that's it and that's all." ( phrase from FUBAR on Netflix).
In many faiths the rainbow is a symbol of the original promise of blessing
that had been renewed, when creation was recreated.
It is believed that our Divine Creator placed a rainbow in the sky
connecting Heaven to earth, proving that they are trustworthy.
A sign of protection, love and family.
A reminder that home awaits us all and welcomes our return.
A message from our Divine Creator of their ever existing presence in our lives.
āI wanted to write a book that talked about the emotions of children, which is the rainbow. We all have moods. We talk about being blue when weāre sad, and being yellow when weāre cowards, and when weāre mad, weāre red. Itās really about us all having these colors, and itās O.K. to have them, but itās learning how to deal with them and what to do with them. Itās a sweet little book done in rhyme. I hope to write lots and lots of childrenās books through the years.ā Dolly Parton
