Percussion & Vibration Therapy
what is Percussion/Vibration Therapy?
This healing technique is ones used to relax muscles and relieve tension. It can increase blood flow and, in turn, reduces cellulite, better blood circulation also means better nutrients and oxygen supply within the body. The nutrients and oxygen are needed for muscle repair and efficient body function. This technique utilizes percussion or pressure vibrations, applying thousands of beats per minute, to help ease the pain in your back and neck muscles. I use this tool to wake up the muscle prior to other treatments. This helps the flow of healing, when everything is awake and warmed up.
There are some precautions that need to be taken. There are a few areas of the body that are not ideal for the use of this method and health issues that may not qualify you as a canidate for this method of treatment. I take the use of this tool very serious.
