These sessions focus on mental and emotional well-being, helping you navigate grief, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges while restoring a sense of balance within yourself.
My approach is shaped by lived experience, personal growth, and the wisdom gained through years of working through life’s challenges. I provide a supportive, understanding space where you can explore your path, gain insight, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
For those seeking a deeper connection, mediumship may also be incorporated to support closure, peace, and understanding.
By nurturing the mind, body, and spirit together, these sessions are designed to help you realign, heal, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
Relationship Enlightenment sessions provide a calm, supportive space to navigate conflict, gain clarity, and better understand one another’s perspectives.
My role is to guide each individual toward open, respectful communication, allowing both voices to be heard without judgment. To maintain a safe and productive environment, shouting or aggressive behavior is not permitted, as it hinders understanding and healing.
Together, we focus on restoring communication, fostering mutual respect, and creating a path forward with clarity and intention.
Marriage is a partnership, not a roommate arrangement. One spouse should not become the keeper of every memory, responsibility, plan, or family detail simply because they seem to “handle it better.” That doesn’t mean they should be expected to carry it all.
A true partnership means equal participation, shared responsibility, and initiative, doing things because you recognize they need to be done, not waiting to be asked or told. Love is not one person managing everything while the other helps when directed. It's not always “Tell me what needs to be done.”Sometimes it's “I noticed this needs to be done, I've got it.”Or simply, “Let me help you find that.”
You shouldn't have to manage your partner in order to have a partner.
Marriage is two people remembering, planning, helping, contributing, and showing up, and carrying LIFE together. You are one part/partner of the partner-ship, but you aren't the whole ship. A relationship is a journey two people are learning to navigate together. Every person has a role, a place, and a responsibility in keeping the ship moving forward. One person can't build the whole ship, steer it, and keep it afloat alone. Without both partners participating, communicating, and doing their part, eventually the ship begins to take on water. Partnership means more than being aboard the same ship. It means helping to sail it. They are not flawless beings, and we should not impose unrealistic expectations of perfection upon them. It is through life's trials and tribulations that they learn, grow, and evolve. In our busy lives, we often lose sight of what truly matters, the heartfelt communication and nurturing guidance we provide to our children, regardless of their age. They will always yearn for our love, support, and wisdom.
